是文字設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)展很重要的部分。如何傳承傳統(tǒng)文字設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),結(jié)合新方法,新技法及結(jié)合它國
文字設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行融合再設(shè)計(jì),就成為本次設(shè)計(jì)大賽的主要目的。
中文與英文是世界上使用最為廣泛的兩種字體,本次大賽針對(duì)中文,英文字體設(shè)計(jì)。

A)字體實(shí)驗(yàn)(Experimental Typography)
不限用字,使用字體不涉及字庫版權(quán)問題,不限載體和表現(xiàn)形式。鼓勵(lì)結(jié)合理論性的字體實(shí)驗(yàn)作
品,傳統(tǒng)字體設(shè)計(jì)的現(xiàn)代表現(xiàn)形式。應(yīng)用案例或嘗試階段中英文字體均可以參加??呻S作品附
實(shí)驗(yàn)過程圖,單個(gè)試驗(yàn)系列不得超過5 張。
B)字體設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用(Communication)
字體是否能夠充分表達(dá)出設(shè)計(jì)作品的精神和理念;以字體為主要表現(xiàn)形式的應(yīng)用作品。字體標(biāo)
志,平面廣告(報(bào)紙、雜志平面印刷廣告等)。包裝類,食品包裝、休閑娛樂品包裝、禮品包
裝、化妝品包裝、時(shí)裝包裝、時(shí)尚配飾包裝、家居產(chǎn)品包裝、電子產(chǎn)品包裝、其它包裝。雜志,
商業(yè)雜志、消費(fèi)類雜志、雜志封面、雜志章節(jié)、雜志副刊、整份雜志。中英文字體應(yīng)用作品都
可以。作品提交的圖像不得超過5 張。
C)字體海報(bào)(Typography Poster)
以文字為主的海報(bào)設(shè)計(jì),以新藝術(shù)形式,必須是以文字設(shè)計(jì)為主的作品,鼓勵(lì)參賽能反映地域特
色與中英文字體設(shè)計(jì)相結(jié)合的設(shè)計(jì)作品。主題不限。作品提交的圖像不得超過5 張。

賽作品集并在相關(guān)媒體上進(jìn)行宣傳報(bào)道,但要注明作者姓名。
l 參賽者應(yīng)保證大賽組委不會(huì)因使用參賽作品而產(chǎn)生任何版權(quán)或知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)糾紛;如作品發(fā)生知識(shí)
產(chǎn)權(quán)或版權(quán)糾紛等,大賽組委將取消其參賽資格,并由參賽者承擔(dān)后果。
【申報(bào)資格】
1. 任何從事或愛好字體設(shè)計(jì)的個(gè)人及學(xué)生、團(tuán)體、機(jī)構(gòu)均可申報(bào)。
2. 申報(bào)作品應(yīng)為申報(bào)個(gè)人或機(jī)構(gòu)的原創(chuàng)作品。如發(fā)現(xiàn)抄襲行為取消參賽資格。
3. 申報(bào)作品必須是2012 年之后的字體設(shè)計(jì)作品。
4. 作品文字說明簡單明了(50 字-200 字),
5. 如因使用未授權(quán)字體產(chǎn)生的糾紛,主辦方不負(fù)任何責(zé)任。

In today’s society, the communication of typography design between countries around the world
goes along with the development of media. The growing amount of information received by
people accomplished the formation of the over-all situation that the typography design collision of
different countries is more intense. How traditional typography design enhance advantage and
avoid disadvantage under the influence of other countries’ typography design is a very important
part for the development of typography design. How to inherit the advantages of the traditional
typography design, combine with new methods, new techniques and the typography design
advantages of other countries to redesign has become the main purpose of this design contest.
Chinese and English are the two most widely used typography in the world, this contest aims to
the design of Chinese and English typography.

[Competition Categories]
A)Experimental Typography
The used words are unlimited and not involved in word stock copyright issues, any theme and
pattern is welcome. The experimental works combination of theoretical typography are
encouraged which is modern pattern with tradition design typography. The application case or trial
stage in English or Chinese all can participate in. The experimental procedure charts can be
attached with works, a single test series cannot be more than 5 pieces
If the typography can fully express the spirit and philosophy of the design works, the typography i
s used as main pattern of communication such as typography symbol, print ads (print ads in newsp
aper, magazine etc.), packaging (food packaging, entertainment products packaging, gift packagin
g, cosmetics packaging, fashion packaging, fashion accessories packaging, household products pa
ckaging, electronics packaging, and other packaging), and magazines (business magazines, consu
mer magazines, magazine covers, magazine section, the magazine supplement, and the entire mag
azine). Both Chinese and English typography are acceptable. The offered works should not more t
han 5 pieces.
C)Typography Poster
Typography-based poster design, with the form of new art. The works must be based on the
typography design to encourage to reflect regional characteristics and combine with Chinese and
English typography design. The theme is unlimited. The offered works should not more than 5
pieces

1. The copyright of all the works belongs to the contestants, the contest organizers have the right
of collecting, exhibiting, displaying works and publishing collection and publicizing and reporting
on the related media, but must note the author’s name.
2. The contestants should ensure that there will be not copyright or intellectual property right
dispute with contest committee because of the entries; if there is any dispute over copyright or
property right of works, contest committee will disqualify the contestant and the contestant will
take the consequences.

1. Any individual, student, group and organization that engaged or interested in typography design
can apply for.
the works are plagiarism, the contestant will be disqualified.
3. The applied works must be a typography design after 2012.
4. The description of works should be simple (50-200 words).
5. If there is any dispute as a result of the unauthorized use of typography design, the organizer is
not responsible
